Our dedicated rehabilitation team works with each person individually to ensure for a safe recovery and easy transition home. The comfort our patients feel while staying with us is just as important as the therapy that they receive.
Our rehabilitation team are equipped to get you or a loved one back to the best physical shape possible. Our staff is dedicated to working with patients and help them acquire or relearn the skills they will need to be active and live independently. Our physical therapists will work with each patient to create individual goals and programs to improve strength and restore function. Occupational therapies that are given are aimed at improving fine motor control, coordination, cognitive skills and teaches functional and self-care skills commonly referred to as activities of daily living. Our speech and language pathologist help our residents communicate more effectively by using advanced techniques in oral and pharyngeal sensorimotor training.

❏ We request visitors to wear a mask throughout the visit; extra masks available on-site.
❏ All guests are requested to maintain a distance of 6-feet from other visitors.
❏ If any visitor fails to adhere to the protocol, he/she/they will be prohibited from visiting for
the duration of the COVID-19 state declared public health emergency

scheduling your appointment so we can stay in touch!
❏ Visitation appointments are available 7 days a week.

❏ Walk-ins are welcome, however we suggest you call our Visitation Coordinator prior to your visit.
❏ Compassionate visits/In-room visitation will be granted on a case by case basis.
